On Veterans Day, we as a nation celebrate and honor the men and women who have sacrificed for our country through their military service. Every day of the year, at RE/MAX Gold Nation, we honor our military veterans with premier service and exceptional care for them. Today on Veterans Day, we highlight two members of our RE/MAX Gold Nation community who put veterans first.
Jimmy Castro
For over 25 years, Jimmy has served in the US military. From his beginnings in the Navy Reserve to his officer commissions, he has developed his leadership and skills for helping others. Over his years of service, he has always put others’ needs before his. At RE/MAX Gold, Jimmy has continued to serve his community through real estate, as his team has helped thousands of families. The valuable skills learned in the military have helped lead to his success in real estate as he always puts his clients’ needs before his.

Terri Lynn Bradley Cowen
Since 2012, Terri Lynn has assisted over 200 military families as a Realtor, making her San Francisco Bay Area's most referred to Realtor. A Preferred Agent for Veterans United, Terri Lynn helps those in the military community to find the right housing and navigate the resources available in the home buying and selling process. Her military roots go far deeper than helping in real estate transactions. The proud daughter of Navy Chief Petty Officer who has been a prominent champion of her career, the two would regularly discuss her real estate adventures and dedication to assisting veterans.
“[In 2012] an extremely volatile market seemed to unfairly leave our veterans in last place when offers were considered for desirable properties. I spoke with my dad quite a bit about his experiences being a veteran: how that has affected his life and what I could do to help them. I chose to become an advocate for our veterans,” Terri Lynn said. “My goal is not only to get every veteran into the housing market, but also to make sure they are in first place for every offer.”
Terri Lynn attributes the military families she serves to why she wakes up to go to work each day. She hopes each military family can find the right place to call home through her efforts and professionalism.

Jason Butler
