In 2021, Kim became the first agent in Sacramento county to surpass $100 million in a single calendar year. In addition, she ranked No. 10 nationwide on the RE/MAX Top 100 agents list for residential sales. That same year alone, Kim closed 79 transactions and listed 51 properties with an average sales price of $1.3 Million.
$1 Billion Lifetime Sales
In 2021, over a 35-year career, Kim achieved $1 billion in lifetime sales, breaking a RE/MAX Gold record. Kim says it is not about the number. "One billion is a big number.
